We are looking for a Business Development professional who will focus on client pitching, communication, and business growth for our Interior Design & Build projects. This role requires strong communication skills, confidence in presentations, and the ability to coordinate with internal teams.
This role focuses on target-based activities, initiative, and collaboration across departments, including coordination with Digital Marketing, IP, and IT business units.
Job Requirements
- Minimum education: Diploma / Bachelor's Degree (any major).
- Good communication and public speaking skills.
- Basic to intermediate English communication skills.
- Open for no interior design background required, but willing to learn.
- Comfortable working with targets and deadlines.
- Proactive, disciplined, and responsible.
- Able to work well in a team and communicate clearly.
Main Responsibilities
- Client Pitching & Business Opportunity
- Prepare and conduct client presentations and pitching sessions.
- Follow up potential clients and maintain professional communication.
- Understand client needs and coordinate internally to propose suitable solutions.
- Coordination with Digital Marketing
- Coordinate with the Digital Marketing team regarding leads, campaigns, and promotional activities.
- Internal Coordination
- Coordinate with internal teams (Design, Project, IP, and IT Business Development) to support ongoing and potential projects.
- Act as a communication bridge between clients and internal teams.
- Target & Initiative-Based Work
- Work with clear targets and timelines.
- Proactively seek new business opportunities and improvements.
- Provide regular updates and simple reports on client progress and activities.
