Sales Brand Representative

GINGEL is a professional gel-polish brand proudly developed under Nailed. We're expanding our presence across salons and marketplaces; and we're looking for an energetic, confident, and stylish individual to represent our brand.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Brand Representative located in Denpasar. The Sales Brand Representative will be responsible for promoting the company's brand and products, maintaining relationships with customers, providing exceptional customer service, and driving sales. The role involves building brand awareness, engaging with customers, and representing the company in a professional and positive manner.

What You'll Do:

• Reach out to salons and beauty partners to introduce and promote our products.
• Present our gel-polish line with confidence and professionalism.
• Negotiate pricing and partnership terms.
• Manage sales records and follow-ups using spreadsheets.
• Support online marketplace and retail expansion.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
• Strong Interpersonal Skills and effective Communication skills in English.
• Strong spreadsheet skills (Google Sheets or Excel).
• Experience with Shopify, Odoo, or other CRM/ERP systems is a big plus.
• Demonstrated ability in Brand Ambassadorship and creating Brand Awareness.
• Experience in delivering excellent Customer Service that builds client satisfaction.
• Proven ability to meet sales targets and contribute to business growth.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work effectively in an on-site team environment.
• Prior experience in sales, marketing, or brand representation is an advantage.
• Bali based.
