Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Bancassurance professional at Manulife Indonesia, located in the Jakarta Metropolitan Area. The individual will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with banking partners, promoting and selling insurance products, providing customer service, and meeting sales targets. Daily tasks include conducting sales presentations, offering product advice, and following up with potential clients. The role requires collaboration with bank staff to identify and pursue sales opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, particularly in bancassurance or insurance
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Customer service skills and the ability to build relationships
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Target-oriented with a focus on achieving sales results
• Knowledge of financial and insurance products is a plus
• Bachelor&aposs degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field
• Willingness to work on-site and in the Jakarta Metropolitan Area
