Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support partnership and business development activities with corporate, community, and institutional partners
  • Assist in prospecting, canvassing, outreach, and pipeline generation activities
  • Conduct meetings, presentations, and follow-up discussions with partners and stakeholders
  • Build and maintain relationships with potential clients and local partners
  • Support proposal preparation and coordination with internal teams
  • Monitor pipeline progress and maintain regular activity reporting
  • Support partnership activation and field coordination when needed

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, partnership, business development, or related roles
  • Background in field sales, agriculture, FMCG, or fintech preferred
  • Comfortable with canvassing, prospecting, direct selling, and field activities
  • Hunter mindset with the ability to independently open and develop new markets
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Target-oriented and able to work independently
  • Able to understand area potential and conduct market mapping
  • Willing to travel and visit partner/client locations
  • Having local networking, own vehicle, and active driving license is a plus
