Description
Provide efficient and courteous service to customers to maximize sales and promote the company's image of quality and expertise.
Position
Reports directly to the Store Manager. Represents an essential part of the store team and contributes to the creation of a healthy and pleasant atmosphere.
Main Job Functions
- Maximize sales and customer service
- Handle customer concerns and complaints
- Maintain merchandise displays
- Process payments/record all transactions on cash register
- Perform necessary household chores
- Assist with special promotions
Qualifications
- Experience: minimum 1 year sales experience (retail or service sector)
- General work experience or equivalent formal education: high school or equivalent.
- Other qualifications: excellent communication skills, service orientation, team player, fashion sense, bilingualism required, willingness to work in retail and flexible hours.
