Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Support the sales team in managing and following up on customer leads.
- Convert leads into sales through effective communication and product presentation.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers.
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable jewellery products.
- Assist customers throughout the sales process, from initial inquiry to purchase.
- Follow up on leads through WhatsApp, phone calls, social media, or other relevant channels.
