Overview
The Sales Support & Remote Sales Executive plays a key role in supporting Sales Consultants, managing client enquiries, coordinating orders, and handling end-to-end remote sales where applicable. This role ensures smooth communication between clients and internal teams while maintaining accurate records and supporting sales operations.
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales Support for Consultants
- Support Sales Consultants in managing client enquiries, follow-ups, and day-to-day communication.
- Prepare quotations, cost breakdowns, and supporting sales documents.
- Handle revisions, updates, and clarifications based on consultant input.
- Track deal progress and ensure timely follow-ups with clients.
2. Enquiry & Order Management
- Manage inbound enquiries via email, WhatsApp, social media, and web forms.
- Gather and clarify project requirements, including quantities, specifications, timelines, and budgets.
- Process artwork and mock-ups for client review and approval.
- Coordinate order confirmation, artwork approvals, and production handovers.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of order details before submission to production.
3. Remote Sales Handling (When Applicable)
- Manage full sales cycles for deals that do not require physical meetings.
- Conduct remote consultations via calls, messaging, or email.
- Recommend suitable products, materials, and customization options based on client needs.
- Close sales and guide clients through confirmation and payment processes.
4. Product & Service Knowledge
- Develop a strong understanding of the company's products, materials, printing methods, and services.
- Advise clients confidently based on quality, budget, and use case considerations.
- Stay updated on new offerings, pricing changes, and production capabilities.
5. Coordination & Internal Communication
- Work closely with design, production, and logistics teams to ensure smooth execution of orders.
- Identify potential issues early and assist in resolving operational challenges.
- Maintain clear and organized internal documentation and records.
6. CRM & Sales Operations
- Update CRM systems with enquiry details, quotations, and deal status.
- Maintain accurate records of client communications, pricing, and requirements.
- Support sales reporting and pipeline tracking.
