Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Assistant, based in Denpasar with the flexibility to work remotely on occasion. The Sales Assistant will be responsible for supporting the sales team by maintaining customer relationships, providing excellent customer service, and assisting in communication with clients. Additional duties include organizing and coordinating client projects, supporting administrative sales functions, and ensuring customer satisfaction during the sales process. We are looking for a motivated and personable Sales Assistant to join our landscape design team in Bali. In this role, you will be the key point of contact for our existing customer base nurturing relationships, identifying upsell opportunities, and sourcing new leads to support business growth.

This is a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about beautiful outdoor spaces, enjoys building genuine client relationships, and has strong communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.

Customer Relationship Management:

Manage and maintain relationships with the existing client portfolio

Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure client satisfaction and identify repeat business opportunities

Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and service updates

Lead Generation & Sales Support:

Proactively source and qualify new leads through LinkedIn

Research potential clients such as villa owners, property developers, hotels, and residential projects in Bali

Prepare and present sales materials, proposals, and project portfolios to prospective clients

Support the sales pipeline by tracking leads and updating the CRM system
