Assist the sales team in daily work, including document preparation, review, sorting and filing for aluminum domestic trade, ensuring accuracy and compliance with local regulations.
Coordinate with local logistics, warehouses and internal departments, follow up goods inbound/outbound and document circulation to support smooth sales operations.
Handle document exceptions and daily filing, maintain traceable records for sales-related documents.
Cooperate with the finance team to provide supporting document data, and complete other sales-related assistant tasks assigned by management.
Job Requirements
College degree or above, major in International Trade, Logistics Management or related fields is preferred.
Must have working experience in Chinese-funded enterprises and study experience in China (essential requirement).
Fluent in Indonesian (listening, speaking, reading and writing); basic English reading and writing skills, Mandarin speaker is a plus.
Proficient in Office software, careful in data checking, document processing and daily sales assistant work.
Good communication and coordination skills, strong sense of responsibility, able to work steadily in Jakarta long-term.
