Role Overview
We are seeking a Sales & Partnership Manager for a full-time, onsite role. This role focuses on building new accounts, managing strategic partnerships, and driving revenue growth. You will work closely with the sales team, event coordinators, and inbound sales under the guidance of the Head of Sales to execute sales strategies and ensure high customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and develop new business opportunities and client accounts
- Manage and grow strategic partnerships to support long-term revenue growth
- Execute outbound and partnership-driven sales strategies
- Maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and repeat business
- Collaborate with event coordinators and inbound sales teams
- Manage daily sales activities independently with minimal supervision
- Attend and lead client meetings, including face-to-face meetings in Singapore
Qualifications & Experience
- Experience in sales, outbound sales, or partnership management
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record in driving revenue growth through sales and partnerships
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Experience in events, hospitality, hotels, or venue management is an advantage
- Comfortable working independently in a hybrid or remote setup
- Able to perform well in a fast-paced, client-facing environment
