Part A: Key Deliverables / About the role (Provide a brief, what success in the position looks like, and how it fits into the company)
We're seeking for a motivated and ambitious individual to join our growing team. The incumbent will be responsible for supporting sales & operations activities and initiatives in Indonesia. The incumbent will implement all approved business plans & directions and is expected to be a key contributor to support the Indonesian business into achieving aligned goals and objectives.
Part B: Responsibilities and Duties
- Support the General Manager (Indonesia) & HQ Sales Lead to Indonesia's RTM model focusing on driving distribution and revenue growth.
- Collaborate with General Manager (Indonesia), HQ Sales & Marketing on new product launches, localization of activation plans, point-of-sale materials, and engagement programs within the constraints of Indonesian advertising restrictions under GR 28/2024
- Deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts; conduct variance analysis against plan and drive corrective actions
- Participate in S&OP (Sales & Operations Planning) cycles in coordination with HQ Sales, Supply Planning to balance forecasts against excise stamp allocations and stock availability
- Implementation of Sales and Operations workflow, controls SOP, policies and processes and ensure alignment across distributors for increased efficiency, and maximum revenue returns.
- Responsible on monitoring and providing reports on Distributor performances, while seeking out gaps/weaknesses and strengthening them.
- Gather and track Market insights, Competitor activity, Pricing moves, and new product launches
- Explore best practices from industry and cross industry and develop/share distributor database management tools and toolkits for country to adapt and use.
- Other ad-hoc assignments by reporting superior or HQ Sales Lead
Part C: Qualifications & Requirements (Education, Experience, Skills, Knowledge, Etc)
- A bachelor's degree or post-graduate diploma in Marketing, Business, or equivalent. Polytechnic Diplomas or lower may be considered with corresponding working experience.
- Minimum of 10 years working experience within the FMCG industry in a sales and distributor management capacity.
- Experience within the tobacco industry would be an advantage.
- Proven experience in RTM execution, Key Account/Distributor Management,
- Proven history of growing, building, managing sizeable portfolios
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
