Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist based in Bekasi, with the flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. Responsibilities include developing and executing sales and marketing strategies, identifying potential clients, building and maintaining customer relationships, and conducting market analysis. The specialist will also be responsible for training sales teams, managing sales operations, and providing excellent customer service to achieve business growth. Collaboration with various departments to align marketing and sales goals will be essential.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build and maintain professional relationships effectively.

Prior experience in the construction or steel industry is a priority.

• Proficiency in Sales and Sales Management to achieve targets and drive revenue growth.
• Experience in Training to nurture and develop sales team capabilities.
• Analytical and strategic thinking for planning and executing marketing campaigns and market analysis.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment.
