Role Description The Sales and Marketing Specialist is a full-time, on-site position based in Cikarang Barat. This role is responsible for identifying and approaching potential customers, presenting TMD's repair and overhaul services, and maintaining relationships with existing clients. Daily tasks include responding to inquiries, preparing quotations, following up on leads, and coordinating with the technical team to align customer needs with service capabilities. The specialist will support marketing activities such as managing promotional materials, assisting with campaigns, and gathering market feedback. The role also involves tracking sales performance, reporting results, and contributing ideas to improve customer outreach and service offerings.

- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills for effective client interaction and support.
