Job Responsibilities

Offering certification products

Creating a proposal letter

Analyzing and developing customer relation strategies to increase the number of repeat order

Conducting customer satisfaction evaluation

Reporting sales performance data (weekly, monthly, annually) to the head of the Business Development division

Qualifications

Communication and Customer Service skills

Experience in relevant business is a plus

Bachelor&aposs degree in relevant field

able to work alone or in a group

able to work under target

Working days: Monday - Friday

Time: 8.30 AM - 5.30 PM
