Role Description The Sales and Marketing Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Kota Tangerang Selatan. The specialist will identify and pursue new business opportunities, promote Mataer Digital's solutions to educational institutions, and build strong relationships with prospective and existing clients. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting sales presentations and product demos, responding to customer inquiries, preparing proposals, and supporting contract negotiations. The role also involves developing and executing marketing initiatives, collaborating with internal teams on campaigns and promotional materials, and monitoring market trends and competitor activities. The specialist will provide basic training and onboarding support to new clients to ensure effective use of Mataer Digital's solutions and contribute to achieving sales targets and brand growth.

• Customer Service skills to handle inquiries, provide support, and maintain positive long-term client relationships.
• Sales skills for prospecting, negotiating, and closing deals with educational institutions.

• Sales Management skills to plan, track, and optimize sales activities and performance.
• Relevant experience in sales, marketing, or business development, preferably in technology or education sectors.
• Ability to work on-site in Kota Tangerang Selatan and travel to client locations as needed.
• Proficiency with basic office and presentation software; familiarity with digital marketing tools is an advantage.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
