DOT PACK is looking for a *smart, proactive, and target-oriented Sales & Marketing Specialist* to join our growing team.
We are looking for someone who doesn't just wait for customers to come — *you know how to find them, approach them, build relationships, and close the deal.*
What You'll Do
* Develop and execute *B2B sales & marketing strategies* to acquire new customers.
* Actively prospect and approach potential business clients through *offline and online channels*.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
* Present and sell DOT PACK's products to businesses, brands, retailers, corporate clients, event organizers, and other B2B customers.
* Conduct *offline sales visits, meetings, presentations, and negotiations* with potential clients.
* Identify new market opportunities and develop new customer segments.
* Follow up leads consistently and turn prospects into paying customers.
* Work closely with the team to ensure customer needs are met.
* Achieve *monthly and quarterly sales targets*.
* Prepare sales reports, pipeline updates, and customer progress.
We're Looking For Someone Who:
* Has *2+ years of experience in Sales, Business Development, B2B Sales, or Marketing*.
* Has a proven ability to *acquire new customers and close deals*.
* Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
* Comfortable with *cold calling, cold messaging, networking, and offline customer visits*.
* Has a strong commercial mindset and understands how to sell based on customer needs.
* *Target-driven, competitive, proactive, and results-oriented.*
* Smart, resourceful, fast learner, and able to work independently.
* Has an existing *B2B network or customer database* is a strong advantage.
* Experience in packaging, printing, FMCG, retail, e-commerce, corporate gifting, or related industries is a plus.
* Willing to work in a *hybrid working environment* and come to the office when required.
