We're Hiring: Sales and Marketing Representative

PT Sumber Surur Indonesia (SSI) is scaling new F&B ventures out of Bogor. We're bringing on a Sales and Marketing Representative to own go-to-market for one of our newest product lines, from positioning and identity through to the first sale and beyond.

This is a founder-adjacent role. You'll report directly to our Business Development team and the Board, and you'll own:

• Brand positioning, identity, and GTM strategy for a new product category
• Performance marketing (Meta/Google Ads) against real CPL and ROAS targets
• The sales funnel end to end, from awareness to close
• Distribution into HoReCa, modern trade, and specialty retail across Jabodetabek
• Pricing and trade promotion strategy to accelerate listings and sell-in
• Field marketing: sampling, demos, community activations

You'll thrive here if:

• You've built real traction for a brand on a lean budget, not just executed someone else's playbook
• You're as comfortable in a pitch deck as you are in a HoReCa kitchen
• You want ownership early, not a seat at the back of a large marketing team
• FMCG or F&B background is a strong plus
