Job Description:
As our Sales & Marketing Representative, you will be the key point of contact for building our brand presence and driving business growth.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute marketing strategies
- Identify and establish partnerships with local distributors, resellers, and clients.
- Manage and grow sales pipelines and meet monthly targets.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
- Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and client meetings.
- Provide regular reports and insights to the Indonesia HQ team.
- Collaborate with the technician about product installations
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales or marketing, preferably in Automotive.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented.
- Familiar with digital marketing
