Job Description

Position Summary:

Sales OD will revolve around creating, managing and improving the Standard Competency of all sales employees, implementing Sales & Marketing projects, managing and improving the effective usage of our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Database and other project implementation.

Performance Objectives:

  1. Main Objective: 
  2. Implement and manage the fulfillment of Sales Standard competency framework
  3. Lead the technical and soft-skill training and development of new employees, current employees
  4. Manage and further utilize our Sales CRM features - integrating our business process.
  5. Control and create action steps for our Sales Performance & Key Performance Indicator (KPI).
  6. Sub Objective:
  7. Initiate the implementation of customer journey and customer touchpoint analysis.
  8. UI/UX design for our website and social media.
  9. STP analysis and implementation for our target market
  10. Implementation of sales & marketing programs.
  11. Inbound Leads capturing system
  12. Utilize and manage our sales data - mine it for further decision making analysis.
  13. Management & organizational issues
  14. Low competency level for our existing staff
  15. Low digital proficiency level for our existing staff and company
  16. Lack of motivation and mindset in our existing staff
  17. Underperforming sales target and KPI
  18. Customer Service & Experience management is relatively low
  19. Reducing market share
  20. Changes & Improvement Needed 
  21. Improve the sales team's culture - towards a purposeful, passionate and driven salesforce.
  22. Increase salesforce's literacy towards data analytics.
  23. Implement CRM software for good governance practise.
  24. Improve our market share and brand exposure.
  25. Proper target market backed by data. 
  26. Technical Objectives: Has experience kick-starting a CRM program, Facilitate market research at a company-scale level, Has excellent sales track-record, High data-literacy towards customer sales funnel & customer journey, Has experience in digital marketing.
  27. Team & People Issues: 
  28. Team member has 0 understanding on the importance of brand alignment.
  29. Team member has traditional sales mindset.
  30. Team has no direction on what to achieve as a whole unit.
  31. Long-range, creative, or strategic issues: Vertically expand our business unit, acquiring major market share in our industry and preparation for digital migration.
