Sales and Marketing Management Trainee

Role Description The Sales and Marketing Management Trainee is a full-time, on-site role based in Surabaya. The trainee will support sales activities by identifying potential clients, presenting company products and services, and assisting in closing deals under the guidance of senior team members. Daily tasks include maintaining customer relationships, responding to inquiries, and providing basic customer service and follow-up to ensure client satisfaction. The role also involves contributing to marketing campaigns, participating in training sessions, and preparing reports and presentations related to sales performance and market insights. The trainee will collaborate closely with the sales and marketing team, learning management practices and developing the skills needed for future leadership responsibilities.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients and internal teams.
• Candidates should possess Sales and Sales Management skills to support acquisition, retention, and development of client portfolios.
• Candidates should possess Training-related skills, including the ability to learn quickly, apply new knowledge, and support team learning initiatives.
• Basic understanding of financial markets, futures, forex, or derivatives is beneficial.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prepare clear reports and presentations.
• Ability to work on-site in Surabaya, collaborate in a team environment, and manage time effectively.
• Minimum of a diploma or bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
• Willingness to follow regulatory and compliance standards and uphold high professional ethics.
