A growing lubricant company is seeking a highly motivated and qualified professional to join our team as a
Business Development Manager.
Qualifications
- Male, maximum 30 years old
- Bachelor's degree (S1) in Chemical Engineering
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a lubricant company, preferably in business development, sales, or marketing
- Strong understanding of lubricant products and industrial/automotive applications
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken
- Minimum GPA 3.5
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills
- Target-oriented and result-driven
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities and markets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, distributors, and business partners
- Conduct market and competitor analysis
- Develop and implement business development and sales strategies
- Prepare business reports and presentations for management
- Coordinate with internal teams (production, QC, and marketing)
