Analyzes external market dynamics and other data sources to assess trends and develop actionable insights and recommendations, via understanding of the business model and the information available for analysis.
Translate complex datasets into actionable insights and user-friendly visualizations to support decision-making and drive business operations
Develop Ad-Hoc reports according to business urgency and priorities to support business in gaining insight and decision making process.
Work collaboratively across teams to align business targets with overall strategic goals, ensuring seamless communication of insights, reports, and plans with retail, marketing, and leaders.
Develeop comprehensive monthly reports by providing analysis, insight, summary and recommendations based on objective and substanive, to evaluate business performances.
Monitor and control expense budget of Retail Channel, to evaluate cost spends and ensure the profitability are according to the objective or standard.
Requirements
Bachelor Degree in Business Management, Management, Statistic or Industrial Engineering.
Min. 3 - 4 years of proven experience in Business Analyst or Data Analyst roles.
Experience with sales reporting, performance tracking and sales records.
Having experience in Beauty Industry, Retail, FMCG, or E-Commerce.
