The group continues to strengthen its presence in the personal care and beauty segment, supported by solid infrastructure, robust distribution networks, and a high-performing commercial organization.

Role Purpose

The Sales Analyst National GT will support commercial and field teams by delivering structured sales analysis, performance tracking, and actionable recommendations. The role ensures that GT decisionsfrom distribution targets to program rolloutsare always backed by reliable data and grounded in commercial logic.

You will collaborate closely with regional sales leaders, trade marketing, and supply teams to ensure alignment between numbers, strategy, and execution.

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales Reporting & Data Accuracy

  • Compile and validate weekly/monthly GT sales data across regions.
  • Monitor key GT metrics including SO/SI, distribution performance, coverage, outlet productivity, and program execution.
  • Maintain dashboards and reporting tools to support business reviews.
  • Ensure data accuracy across all sales submissions.

2. Commercial Analysis & Insight Generation

  • Analyze regional and national GT performance to identify patterns, shortfalls, and opportunities.
  • Support forecasting activities and volume planning with structured data inputs.
  • Provide actionable insights for GT strategy, including pricing, productivity, promotion effectiveness, and coverage expansion.
  • Prepare summary insights for management presentations.

3. Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Work closely with regional GT teams to track market execution, outlet trends, and program performance.
  • Partner with trade marketing to evaluate the impact of GT initiatives.
  • Coordinate with supply chain on demand accuracy and stock movement visibility.
  • Support leadership teams with analytical inputs for monthly/quarterly business reviews.

4. Process Improvement & System Support

  • Contribute to standardization of reporting formats and data governance across GT.
  • Support automation initiatives for reporting dashboards.
  • Work with the manager to streamline data flow between field teams and HO.

Success Indicators

  • Timely and accurate GT reports delivered consistently.
  • Clear insights that drive improved GT performance and decision-making.
  • Strong alignment between sales, trade, and supply chain through structured analytics.
  • Improvement in data quality, reporting efficiency, and forecasting accuracy.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Statistics, Engineering, or related fields.
  • Minimum 24 years of experience in sales analytics, commercial planning, or GT operations within FMCG.
  • Strong command of Excel/Google Sheets; exposure to BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker) is an advantage.
  • Comfortable working with large datasets and translating them into clear conclusions.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work closely with field teams.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in problem-solving.
  • Willing to work fully onsite in South Jakarta.

Preferred Experience

  • Exposure to GT distribution models and field operational structures.
  • Experience supporting nationwide or multi-region GT reporting.
  • Understanding of outlet segmentation, coverage planning, and productivity metrics.
