Role Description

Responsible for driving berth occupancy, yacht services revenue, and strategic partnerships for Bali Gapura Marina. This position manages the full commercial lifecyclefrom lead generation, client relationship building, partnership acquisition, contract negotiation, to after-sales service.

1. Daily Sales Pipeline Accuracy: 100% accurate CRM entries
2. Conversion Rate: >40%
3. Onboarding Completion Time: 5 working days

Qualifications

• Minimum 35 years of experience in sales support and partnership
• Familiarity with CRM tool
• High level of accuracy in data entry and documentation
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Business etiquette and communication masters
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines
• Comfortable managing online documents, shared drives, and reporting templates
• Succesfully achieve targets
