  • Lead implementation and management of CRM system
  • Develop and maintain a centralized customer database

  • Develop and optimize sales pipeline tracking systems

  • Implement marketing automation tools (email, WhatsApp, ads tracking)
  • Track campaign performance and optimize ROI
  • Manage customer acquisition and retention systems
  • Establish attribution models for marketing channels
  • Omnichannel Integration
  • Integrate offline and online sales channels (retail, marketplace, website)
  • Ensure consistency in customer data, pricing, and promotions

Minimum Qualifications

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Marketing, or related field
  • Minimum 35 years of experience in CRM, Martech, or Sales Operations
  • Experience in retail, FMCG, or electronics industry is a plus

Technical Skills

  • Hands-on experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho)
  • Familiar with marketing automation tools and analytics platforms
  • Strong data analysis skills (Excel, Power BI, or similar tools)
  • Understanding of system integration (ERP, API) is preferred
