Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales & marketing strategies for B2G and B2B 3W segments.
  • Lead end-to-end sales cycles including tender participation, proposal development, negotiation, and contract closing.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with government institutions, fleet customers, distributors, and key partners.
  • Identify new market opportunities and drive sustainable business expansion.
  • Manage revenue targets, sales forecasting, and performance monitoring.
  • Lead, coach, and develop the Sales & Marketing team to achieve business objectives.
  • Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders (Production, Engineering, Finance, Supply Chain) to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to strengthen commercial positioning.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or related discipline.
  • Minimum 58 years of experience in Sales & Marketing within automotive, manufacturing, or industrial sectors.
  • Proven experience handling B2G projects and B2B automotive/3W markets is highly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of tender processes and government procurement regulations.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience with solid track record in achieving sales targets.
  • Strong negotiation, strategic thinking, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Data-driven and analytical mindset.
  • Fluent in English (spoken & written); Mandarin proficiency will be a strong advantage.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
