Job Description

  • Coordinate product orders, shipments, and delivery processes.
  • Liaise with suppliers, distributors, and forwarders to track order and shipment status.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly sales, order, and shipment reports.
  • Manage POS materials inventory and monitor stock usage.
  • Collect, consolidate, and ensure accuracy of sales and marketing data.
  • Support administrative processes including invoices, payments, and documentation.
  • Prepare weekly performance updates and monthly consolidated reports for management review.
  • Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Admin teams to ensure smooth operations.
  • Monitor supplier, distributor, and vendor payments, ensuring timely processing and follow-up on outstanding items.
  • Coordinate with the finance and admin teams for invoice validation, payment processing, and documentation.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred). 13 years of experience in operations, sales administration, or marketing coordination (fresh graduates with internship experience are welcome).
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Good communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and basic data reporting.
  • Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively under tight deadlines. A proactive, reliable, and collaborative team player.
