What you will do :
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies for domestic and export markets (B2B & B2C) by analyzing market trends, competitor dynamics, and pricing fluctuations to guide strategic decision-making.
- Lead the search, acquisition, and development of new local and international buyers to achieve monthly and annual sales targets while ensuring all agreements align with production capacity and quality standards.
- Design and execute integrated offline and digital marketing programs to increase brand awareness, while defining market segmentation, product positioning, and pricing strategies based on coffee market trends and quality.
- Build and maintain long-term partnerships with buyers, distributors, roasters, traders, and business partners through effective negotiation processes.
- Coordinate closely with operational and processing teams to ensure product availability and fulfillment (volume, quality, and delivery time) based on real-time market needs and feedback.
We are looking for you who:
- Bachelor's degree in Management or any related major with minimum GPA 3.00
- Minimum 3 years experience as Sales & Marketing Manager with similar industries or plantation commodities.
- Deep knowledge of the plantation commodities from market trends to product nuances.
- Great negotiation skills combined with the ability to communicate vision and strategy to global stakeholders.
- Ability to analyze the market and data-driven decision-making skills to navigate business landscapes.
- Thorough understanding of international trade regulations and export standards to ensure seamless global operations.
- Willing to be place in Central Jakarta, Indonesia
