This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced
Sales & Business Development Manager to join Bureau Veritas. As a key member of the sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities in the industry sector. This full-time role offers the chance to contribute to the continued growth and development of this leading global company.
Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in the building, infrastructure opportunities projects, especially CAPEX projects.
- Develop strong client relationships with industrial estate developers, factory owners, property investors, and contractors.
- Promote services across the building lifecycle: design review, quality control, construction supervision, and commissioning support.
- Lead proposal development, costing strategies, pricing strategy, and contract negotiation processes.
- Coordinate closely with technical and operations teams to develop tailored, competitive offers.
- Monitor project pipelines and market trends in the industrial and commercial building sectors.
Requirements
- Minimum 8 years of experience in technical sales, business development or porject delivery in the industrial building, manufacutring facilities, data centers, warehouses or high rise buildings.
- Proven track record winning project-based or technical service contracts.
- Strong network in the industrial and commercial development space (industrial parks, EPCs, property developers).
- Experience selling project-based services such as PMC, QA/QC, safety supervision, or sustainability consulting.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and client management skills.
- Bachelor Degree in Engineering or technical background preferred.
