Role Description As a Sales Advisor at Watches Trader, you will work on-site in Jakarta in a full-time capacity, assisting customers with selecting, purchasing, and understanding watch products. You will greet and engage customers, identify their needs, present suitable products, and guide them through the sales process. Daily tasks include managing inquiries, providing product information, processing transactions, and maintaining an organized and appealing sales area. You will also help handle after-sales questions, support promotional activities, and contribute feedback on customer preferences to improve overall service and sales performance.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Interpersonal Skills and Customer Service abilities to build trust and deliver a positive in-store experience.
• Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to explain product features clearly and handle customer inquiries professionally.
• Candidates should possess Sales skills to meet targets, perform upselling or cross-selling, and support revenue growth.
• Candidates should possess Training capabilities to share product knowledge with team members and help onboard new staff.
• Basic knowledge of watches or a willingness to learn product details quickly.
• Ability to work on-site in Jakarta.
• Willing to work in shift, including weekends or peak hours as needed.
• High school diploma or equivalent; prior retail or sales experience is an advantage.
• Reliability, integrity, and a customer-focused mindset.
