Job Description
What You'll Be Doing
- Provide outstanding and personalised customer service by greeting, assisting, and building strong relationships with customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Recommend products and deliver expert advice based on customer preferences and needs
- Demonstrate and explain the features and benefits of our premium watch collection
- Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets through effective selling techniques and strong product knowledge
- Maintain a thorough understanding of product range, pricing, industry trends, and company policies
- Ensure the sales floor is well-organised, visually appealing, and aligned with brand standards
- Support inventory management, merchandising, and overall store presentation
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to implement promotions, campaigns, and share best practices
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or customer service, preferably in luxury retail, fashion, or premium goods industry (Fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and deliver exceptional customer experiences
- Strong passion for fashion, luxury goods, and customer engagement
- Solid product knowledge and the ability to educate customers on features and benefits
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
- Adaptable, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Proficient in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Willing to work on weekends and public holidays
