Sales Advisor

As a Sales Advisor, you will be responsible for achieving sales targets by identifying potential customers, conducting effective follow-ups, and providing accurate information throughout the sales process. You will handle negotiations, assist with vehicle delivery, and ensure excellent customer service, including responding promptly to inquiries and addressing complaints. Additionally, you will manage sales documentation and maintain accurate records in the system.

Qualifications:

• Minimum education: High School (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
• Proven experience in sales, preferably in automotive or car showroom sales.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Target-oriented and able to work under pressure.
• Excellent follow-up skills and customer service mindset.
• Familiar with using systems/technology for sales administration.
• Having a valid drivers license (SIM A/C) is an advantage.
