URGENT HIRING | Sales Advisor – Digital Marketing

We are hiring Japanese and Korean Speakers.

Candidates must currently reside in Japan and be willing to relocate to Malaysia after Employment Pass approval.

Location: KL Sentral, Kuala Lumpur

Basic Salary: RM 9,800 – RM 10,500 + KPI Allowance

Working Hours: Mon–Fri | 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

Work from Japan or Korean while waiting for Employment Pass approval, then relocate to Malaysia.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow an assigned portfolio of business clients

• Proactively contact clients and identify revenue growth opportunities

• Understand client needs and provide consultative sales solutions

• Recommend tailored digital advertising solutions based on client objectives

• Build strong client relationships and drive cross-selling / upselling

• Monitor and optimize advertising performance

• Research market trends and understand client business models

• Forecast revenue opportunities based on client priorities and seasonality

• Provide recommendations to improve products and customer experience

Requirements

• Japanese or Korean speaker

• Currently living in Japan or Korean

• Bachelor's Degree or above

• English B2+

• 3+ years of sales experience

• 1+ year in Digital Marketing / Advertising Sales / Social Media Marketing

• Strong communication, analytical and client relationship skills

• Immediate joiner preferred

• Willing to relocate to Malaysia after EP approval
