As a Sales Admin, you will provide essential administrative support to help the Sales and Planning teams work more efficiently. You'll handle day-to-day tasks that keep the sales process organized, accurate, and running smoothly.

As a Sales Admin, you will provide essential administrative support to help the Sales and Planning teams work more efficiently. You'll handle day-to-day tasks that keep the sales process organized, accurate, and running smoothly.
What You'll Do
- Reimbursements & Expense Tracking – Handle reimbursement submissions, follow up with Finance for approvals, and maintain clear logs to ensure transparency and timeliness.
- Sales Order (SO) / Purchase Order (PO) Validation – Review and cross-check Sales Orders and Purchase Orders for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with Finance policies.
- Quotation Preparation Support – Help prepare sales quotations, input into internal admin panels, and support urgent quote requests when sales members are unavailable or in meetings.
- Document & Asset Management – Organize and maintain up-to-date versions of sales materials including decks, templates, proposals, and contracts.
- Ticket Assignment & Coordination – Monitor the ticketing system for new planning requests and assign them accurately to the appropriate Planner.
- Scheduling & Meeting Coordination – Assist in arranging internal review calls and external client meetings—especially those involving multiple stakeholders (e.g., agencies, planners, finance).
- Knowledge Bank Maintenance – Centralize and update internal reference materials such as case studies, proposal decks, and competitor information for reuse and quick access.
- Bachelor's degree in any major.
- Previous experience in administrative or operational support roles, preferably in a sales or commercial environment.
- Proficient in tools such as Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, or CRM/ticketing platforms.
- You are meticulous and reliable, ensuring every detail is accurate and no process is overlooked. With a service-oriented mindset, you take pride in supporting others and enabling the sales team's success.
- You're a fast learner who quickly adapts to new tools, systems, and workflows, and a true team player who collaborates effectively across Sales, Planning, and Finance functions.
- Above all, you are trustworthy and discreet, handling contracts, financial data, and pricing information with a strong sense of responsibility and confidentiality.
