- Identify and approach potential merchants that align with the company's target market.
- Conduct business partnership presentations and negotiations with potential merchants.
- Build long-term relationships with both new and current merchants partners.
- Minimum education SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- At least 3 months of experience in field sales, canvassing, or outreach.
- Own a motorbike and valid SIM C is required.
- Strong integrity and honesty in handling documents, merchant information, and expenses.
- Friendly and persuasive communication skills to approach merchants confidently.
