Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role based in Denpasar, where occasional remote work is permitted. As a Sales Account Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction, and driving business growth. Your key activities will include managing client accounts, generating leads, delivering tailored solutions, and communicating effectively with clients to understand and meet their needs.

Qualifications
  • Proven experience in Account Management and Customer Satisfaction
  • Strong Customer Service and Communication skills
  • Experience with Lead Generation and building strong professional relationships
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Proactive problem-solving attitude and results-driven mindset
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field preferred
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and tools is an advantage
  • Exposure to the technology or marketing industry is a plus
