The ideal candidate will lead the account development and penetration strategy for assigned customers or regions. They should be skilled at building and maintaining relationships with clients and work to provide exceptional customer service to clients.
Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of accounts
- Develop positive relationship with clients
- Resolve conflicts and provide solutions to clients in a timely manner
- Grab sales opportunities by engaging with principals, distributors and internal networks in order to increase business volume
- Deliver proposal, make introductory calls, and product presentation.
- Take ownership of issues and show professionalism and control.
- Build and maintain a good relationship with a new potential costumer, existing clients and offer best solutions to their issues.
- Identify opportunities to up-sell and cross sell
- Develop and execute strategic plan to achieve sales target & expand our customer base
- Build strong client relationships, though regular visit and communication and formulate strategies for customer accounts
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Experience as a Account Manager/Sales Manager
- Understanding of sales performance metrics
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite
- Having General IT knowledge, Cloud Computing, Saas, Paas and Iaas
- Detail oriented, Responsible, strong analytical, planning & reasoning abilities
- Excellent listening, Creative problem solving skills, negotiation & presentation skills,
- Strong (verbal & written ) communication skills with an ability to persuation and build relationships
- Candidate has already market relationship of at least managing 10 existing accounts
- Demonstrate ability to work independently and meet established goals
