Role Description

This full-time hybrid role of Sales Account Executive is based in Jakarta, Indonesia, with flexibility for occasional remote work. The selected candidate will be responsible for identifying prospective clients, nurturing client relationships, and achieving sales targets. Other tasks include understanding customer needs, preparing tailored proposals, managing negotiations, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role requires close collaboration with internal teams to align sales strategies with organizational objectives and deliver a seamless client experience.

Qualifications

  • Strong sales and negotiation skills, including the ability to convert leads into clients and close deals effectively.
  • Experience in client relationship management and knowledge of market research techniques to better understand customer needs.
  • Business acumen, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills to identify opportunities and achieve sales goals.
  • Effective communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to interact with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and similar sales technology is preferred.
  • Ability to work independently in a hybrid environment while fostering strong collaboration with team members.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is required. Prior experience in B2B sales or in sectors such as technology, energy, or infrastructure is advantageous.
  • Have experience and good relationship with Government or State owned company.
