The company operates in the field of Information Technology and provides professional manpower for Information Technology (IT) Officers, Administration Officers, and Safety Officers.
Job Description
- Lead and facilitate Tool Box Meetings (TBM), Daily Catch-Up (DCU) sessions, and safety inductions for new and transferred employees.
- Conduct safety patrols, identify potential hazards, review JSA/IBPR, and monitor the implementation of HSE standards across project sites.
- Ensure the readiness of work equipment, verify the completeness of SILO/SIO documents, issue work permits, and oversee the implementation of LOTO procedures in accordance with company requirements.
- Monitor and maintain APAR, first aid kits, proper PPE usage, safety signage, and the handling of B3 materials within the project area.
- Prepare workplace incident reports, management of change reports, and coordinate the implementation of HSE and 5R programs.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support project operations and achieve workplace safety objectives.
Requirements
- Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's (S1) degree in any field of study.
- Fresh graduates or candidates with at least 1 year of related experience are welcome to apply.
- Must have valid Energy Isolation & Electrical Safety Training, also AK3 Listrik Certification.
- Willing to be assigned to project locations across Indonesia.
