  • Manage end-to-end vendor operations for Sales Agent (SA) manpower across all coverage areas.
  • Monitor vendor performance, hiring progress, HC fulfillment, and replacement turnaround time.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and vendors regarding manpower planning, deployment, and operational issues.
  • Ensure vendor compliance with SLA, attendance, payroll, and operational processes.
  • Track and analyze manpower performance, productivity, and attrition trends.
  • Support expansion planning and onboarding execution for new areas.
  • Prepare regular operational reports and performance reviews for management.

Requirements

  • Minimum Bachelor's Degree from any major
  • Minimum 2–3 years experience in Vendor Management, RTM Operations, Sales Operations, or Manpower Operations
  • Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills
  • Good analytical and reporting skills (Excel required; SQL/Power BI is a plus)
  • Able to handle multiple vendors and fast-paced operations
  • Strong problem-solving and execution skills
  • Willing to travel for operational monitoring if needed
  • Experience managing field sales manpower is preferred
