What You'll Do
Design end-to-end RPA solutions tailored to business needs
Analyze existing processes for automation opportunities
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define project scope
Develop best practices and standards for RPA development
Support deployment of bots and ensure smooth operation post-implementation
Monitor performance metrics to optimize automation effectiveness
What We're Looking For
Proven experience as an RPA Solution Architect or similar role
Strong knowledge of RPA tools (e.g., UiPath, Automation Anywhere)
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
Familiarity with software development methodologies (Agile/Scrum)
Strong communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders
