Qualifications
- Technical training in maintenance or relevant trade
- 2–3 years of experience in hospitality or facility maintenance
- Knowledge of multiple systems (AC, plumbing, electrical)
- Good attention to detail and customer-oriented approach
- Ability to respond promptly to guest requests
