Job and Responsibilities:

Solution Design & Development:

Design, develop, and implement Agentic Process Automation and Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions using UiPath technologies.
Translate business requirements into scalable and maintainable automation solutions.
Develop reusable components, workflows, and automation frameworks following best practices.
Ensure solutions adhere to governance, security, and operational standards.

Requirements Gathering & Analysis

Collaborate with process analysts, business users, and stakeholders to gather and define automation requirements.
Participate in solution workshops and process discovery sessions.
Assess process suitability and provide recommendations on automation approaches.

Documentation

Document process definitions, business requirements, technical specifications, and solution designs.
Create and maintain Solution Design Documents (SDD), Process Definition Documents (PDD), test scripts, and operational runbooks.
Ensure proper knowledge transfer and documentation throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

Experience and skills required:

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in UiPath development.
Proven experience delivering automation projects throughout the software development lifecycle.
Experience supporting production automation solutions and troubleshooting technical issues.
Strong hands-on experience with:
UiPath Studio
UiPath Orchestrator
REFramework
API integrations
Background and attended automation development
Exception handling and logging frameworks
Proficient programming skills in:
Python
VB.NET
C#
SQL and database integration
REST APIs and web services
Experience with version control tools (Git, Azure DevOps, etc.).
Experience with Microsoft Excel automation and data processing.
