Job and Responsibilities:
Solution Design & Development:
- Design, develop, and implement Agentic Process Automation and Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions using UiPath technologies.
- Translate business requirements into scalable and maintainable automation solutions.
- Develop reusable components, workflows, and automation frameworks following best practices.
- Ensure solutions adhere to governance, security, and operational standards.
Requirements Gathering & Analysis
- Collaborate with process analysts, business users, and stakeholders to gather and define automation requirements.
- Participate in solution workshops and process discovery sessions.
- Assess process suitability and provide recommendations on automation approaches.
Documentation
- Document process definitions, business requirements, technical specifications, and solution designs.
- Create and maintain Solution Design Documents (SDD), Process Definition Documents (PDD), test scripts, and operational runbooks.
- Ensure proper knowledge transfer and documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
Qualifications
Experience and skills required:
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in UiPath development.
- Proven experience delivering automation projects throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Experience supporting production automation solutions and troubleshooting technical issues.
- Strong hands-on experience with:
- UiPath Studio
- UiPath Orchestrator
- REFramework
- API integrations
- Background and attended automation development
- Exception handling and logging frameworks
- Proficient programming skills in:
- Python
- VB.NET
- C#
- SQL and database integration
- REST APIs and web services
- Experience with version control tools (Git, Azure DevOps, etc.).
- Experience with Microsoft Excel automation and data processing.
