We are hiring a Robotics Operations Engineer to support the day-to-day operation and maintenance of our robot data collection systems. You will ensure the system runs reliably, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate with engineering teams to keep data collection stable and efficient.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and monitor robot data collection systems (daily checks, system health, uptime).
- Troubleshoot software/hardware issues (Ubuntu, networking, sensors/devices, basic robot components).
- Run deployments, upgrades, and basic configuration on Ubuntu machines.
- Collect logs, report issues clearly, and help follow SOPs/runbooks.
- Support on-site operations: device setup, cable checks, replacement of simple parts, and data validation.
Requirements
- Familiar with Ubuntu/Linux (must-have).
- Background in mechanical / automation / robotics / computer science or related experience.
- Fluent English and Indonesian (spoken and written).
- Good communication and hands-on problem-solving skills.
- Able to speak Chinese (Mandarin) would be a plus
- Familiar with basic scripting (Bash/Python), Git, Docker, or ROS/ROS2.
