Handle product/sample development process from job order to finalization
Conduct testing and ensure materials/products meet required specifications
Coordinate with related departments to support development and production process
Prepare and analyze costing, including material usage and cost estimation
Identify opportunities for cost efficiency and product improvement
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related field.
Fluency in English is a prerequisite for this role, and candidates who are unable to communicate effectively in English will not be considered for the position.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders.
