Risk Supervisor - Gold Mining (Office Bintaro)

Position Overview

PT Masmindo Dwi Area is building the Awak Mas Gold Project, an open-pit gold mine moving through construction toward first gold. The Risk Supervisor supports the implementation of the Company's Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) framework, working with project and operations teams to identify, assess, monitor, and mitigate risks. The role provides analysis and recommendations that strengthen risk controls, governance, and risk awareness as the Company moves from construction into operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the implementation of ERM frameworks, policies, and procedures across departments and projects.
• Facilitate risk identification and assessment sessions with project and operations teams, and maintain the corporate risk register.
• Analyze risk likelihood, impact, and control effectiveness, and recommend mitigation and control improvements.
• Prepare periodic risk reports, dashboards, and KRI monitoring for management, and follow up mitigation action plans with risk owners.
• Promote risk awareness through workshops, training, and campaigns, and guide business units on risk management practices.
• Support audits related to risk management and maintain risk documentation and governance records.
• Identify improvements to risk tools, methodologies, and reporting, benchmarked against industry best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field (Business, Finance, Engineering, Mining, or related).
• Minimum 3 years of experience in the mining industry, preferably in risk management, internal control, or governance.
• Strong knowledge of site operations and field practices.
• Familiarity with ERM frameworks such as ISO 31000 or COSO is an advantage.
• Good analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
