About the role
Support the Risk & Fraud Investigations and Risk Recovery team in day-to-day operational activities, including merchant monitoring, KYB/EDD validation, complaint and recovery case handling, ticket management, reporting, and documentation. The role helps ensure timely issue handling, accurate case tracking, and stronger risk control across merchant and user-related operational processes.
You'll be working on:
- Monitor daily merchant transactions and help identify unusual or suspicious activities.
- Assist in reviewing merchant data and documents (KYB) to ensure completeness and accuracy.
- Support handling of recovery cases, including administrative follow-ups and documentation.
- Help review transaction details, supporting documents, and system data for validation purposes.
- Manage and follow up on tickets related to merchant issues, complaints, or operational requests.
- Assist in communication with internal teams and external parties, including sending emails when needed.
- Escalate potential risks or issues to the team for further investigation.
- Maintain proper documentation, records, and tracking of cases and activities.
- Support basic reporting, data tracking, and administrative tasks for the team.
- Ensure tasks are completed accurately and in a timely manner according to team processes.
Qualifications:
- Final-year student or fresh graduate from IT, Information Systems, Business, Finance, or related fields.
- Familiar with digital payments or e-wallet usage (daily user is sufficient).
- Comfortable working with data using Excel; basic SQL knowledge is a plus.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical thinking.
- Good communication skills and able to manage follow-ups effectively.
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced, operational environment.
