Key Responsibilities
Risk & Campaign Analytics
• Support risk-driven product and marketing campaigns through data analysis and customer segmentation
• Develop and execute campaign targeting logic based on risk criteria, behavioral patterns, and product lifecycle
• Apply risk rules such as cut-offs, thresholds, exclusions, and eligibility checks in customer selection
• Support Post campaign team to build timely opportunity database for Analyze post-campaign risk performance (e.g., delinquency, roll-rate, loss indicators) purposes.
Data Preparation & Processing
• Extract, transform, and validate large-scale datasets using SAS and SQL
• Build reusable SAS programs and macros for recurring campaign processes
• Translate business and risk policies into accurate technical logic
• Perform data quality checks and reconciliation to ensure accuracy and audit readiness
Reporting & Documentation
• Produce campaign result datasets, summary tables, and management-ready reports
• Track and report key campaign metrics such as approval rate, take-up rate, and risk outcomes
• Document data logic, assumptions, and campaign rules clearly for governance and audit purposes
Collaboration & Execution
• Work closely with Risk MIS & Policy, CCPL Product, Marketing, Sales, Consumer Loan Ops, CCPL Credit Initiation and IT teams to deliver campaign requirements
• Liaise with Data Science & Advance analytics team to manage propensity model implementation to improve : takers, volume & revenue thru pricing, channel & pefindo cost improvement strategy.
• Support campaign execution within defined timelines and operational constraints
• Ensure compliance with internal risk controls and data governance standards
