As a Portfolio Analyst, you will be responsible for conducting data analytics on the portfolio of all HCID products. You will provide both periodical and ad-hoc reports and actively contribute as a representative of the Risk Department in various cross-functional projects. Your insights will enable concerned parties to make well-informed strategic decisions.
What you will do:
- Data Mining and Analysis: Conduct data mining activities from the Risk Data Warehouse related to portfolio management.
- Reporting: Provide periodical reports and in-depth analysis on portfolio development to stakeholders & Regulatory Reporting and communication with regulator.
- Collaboration: Liaise with internal & external stakeholders within risk, finance, IT and other teams.
- Project Participation: Actively contribute as a representative of the Risk Department in cross-functional projects, providing valuable insights and recommendations.
What you will need to have:
- At least 1-3 years of prior work experience, open from any industry and fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Fresh graduates from reputable University with a bachelor's degree in information technology, Math, Computer Science or Engineering major is preferable.
- Proficiency in data mining using SQL, and data analysis and reporting using Excel. PowerBI/Tableau experience would be a plus point.
- Knowledge of financial mathematics will be beneficial.
- Solid analytical skills and SQL technical knowledge with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and present findings to stakeholders. Willing to work extra miles within data analysis would be a good plus.
